Most suitable for instrumentation electronics or sensors wiring protections. Flexible Stainless Steel Conduit: Type AT is an ultra-flexible, stainless steel conduit designed primarily for OEM applications. A typical application would be armouring in specialty sensing devices, or medical equipment, including fiber-optics.

For Large Quantity Order, it is possible to Vacuum-Jacket or Extrude a PVC covering onto the above AT-SL (SquareLok Type) conduits for water proof applications.

TYPE: AT-SL-JACKETED

The PVC covering is applied onto the metal surface with a Vacuum process. The finished surface will have a spiral corrugated pattern. It is most suitable for tight-spot installation and where a certain water tightness is required

TYPE: AT-SL-EXTRUDED

The PVC covering is extruded onto the metal surface, thus producing a smoother finished surface. when used with liquid-tight fittings it offers a higher degree of liquid tightness than the vacuum jacketed type.

TYPE: AT-SL-SLEEVED

A short length of the AT-SL tubing is directly inserted into a thermoplastic sleeve. A very smooth outer surface and a very uniform thickness of sleeving is ensured. For cut to length OEM orders.

TYPE: AT-SL-BRAIDED

High tensile strength metal wires are tightly braided onto the AT-SL small bore flexible metal tubing for optimum protection. It provides increased abrasion resistant, improved EMI screening, and resists hot metal splashes.
